Situada en el DISTRITO 01 SAN PEDRO, CANTÓN 15 MONTES DE OCA, de la provincia de SAN JOSE. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 9 METROS 2 CENTIMETROS; al SUR FRANCISCO Y ALVARO COLLADO MONTEALEGRE; al ESTE ACEQUIA EN MEDIO FRANCISCO Y ALVARO COLLADO MONTEALEGRE y al OESTE OFELIA SOLANO GUTIERREZ. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS CUATRO METROS CON CINCUENTA Y CUATRO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: SJ-0382989-1980.
