Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN PEDRO, CANTÓN 4-SANTA BARBARA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE JOSE MARIA Y ESMERALDA SOTO; al SUR AQUILINO RAMIREZ; al ESTE SUCESION MERCEDES ZUMBADO y al OESTE NICOLASA PANIAGUA Y OTROS. MIDE: SEISCIENTOS VEINTINUEVE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del cinco de julio de dos mil veintisiete.
