Situada en el DISTRITO 4-SAN PEDRO, CANTÓN 12-SARCHÍ, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE VITA GONZÁLEZ; al SUR SERVIDUMBRE; al ESTE CARLOS LUIS CUBERO y al OESTE MARIA ISOLINA CABEZAS ACUÑA. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS DIEZ METROS CON SETENTA Y SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: A-0210149-1994, IDENTIFICADOR PREDIAL: 212040299456. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas treinta minutos del diez de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
