Situada en el DISTRITO SAN PABLO, CANTÓN SAN PABLO, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE NUMERO TRES; al SUR LOTE UNO; al ESTE ANA ISABEL CHAVES GUTIERREZ y al OESTE VICTORIA AZOFEIFA VELASQUEZ. MIDE: ciento veintinueve METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del diecisiete de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
