En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTE MILLONES TRESCIENTOS TREINTA Y SIETE MIL CUATROCIENTOS COLONES EXACTOS (INCLUYE EL BONO DE VIVIENDA), libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de HEREDIA, matrícula número 176615-000, derecho 000, la cual es terreno LOTE 43 TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR.- Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN PABLO, CANTÓN 9-SAN PABLO, de la provincia de HEREDIA.- COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR ISAAC VINDAS VILLALOBOS; al ESTE PAULINA VINDAS LARA y al OESTE PAULINA VINDAS LARA.- MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CON OCHENTA Y DOS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del ocho de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
