Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN PABLO, CANTÓN 9-SAN PABLO, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR LOTE D-15; al ESTE LOTE D-3 y al OESTE LOTE D-5. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA METROS CON CATORCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADO. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del ocho de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
