Situada en el DISTRITO 4-SAN NICOLÁS, CANTÓN 1-CARTAGO, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE BLOQUE A LOTE 5 PARA CONSTRUIR; al SUR LOTE 3; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE VIVIENDA VARGAS MASIS LIMITADA. MIDE: CIENTO CUARENTA METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del veintisiete de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
