Situada en el DISTRITO SAN MIGUEL, CANTÓN SANTO DOMINGO, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE CARLOS VARGAS VÍQUEZ; al SUR CALLE PÚBLICA CON 10M 032MM; al ESTE COSME DAMIAN SEGURA ARGUEDAS y al OESTE CARLOS VARGAS VIQUEZ. MIDE: ciento cuarenta y cinco METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del ocho de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
