Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN JUAN DE DIOS, CANTÓN 3-DESAMPARADOS, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE SETENTA Y CUATRO; al SUR ZONA DESTINADA A AREA COMUNAL; al ESTE ZONA DESTINADA A CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE CONSTRUCTORA LA CONSTANCIA SOCIEDAD ANONIMA. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y CINCO METROS CON SESENTA Y NUEVE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del veintinueve de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
