Situada en el DISTRITO San Juan, CANTÓN San Ramón, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE: OLMAN VARGAS RODRIGUEZ Y FRANCISCO JIMENEZ MONTERO EN PARTE, SUR: NICANOR CHAVES MENDEZ, ESTE: CRUZ ROJA DE SAN RAMON, OESTE: CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS VEINTICINCO METROS CON OCHENTA Y DOS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del doce de enero del dos mil veintisiete.
