Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN JUAN, CANTÓN 4-SANTA BARBARA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE AIDA RAMIREZ CESPEDES; al SUR MERCEDES RAMIREZ Y MARIA E RAMIREZ; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 4M y al OESTE ISRAEL RAMIREZ ALPIZAR. MIDE: MIL SEISCIENTOS DIECISEIS METROS CON SETENTA Y CUATRO DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas quince minutos del veintiocho de junio de dos mil veintisiete.
