Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN JUAN, CANTÓN 13-TIBAS, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE ALAMEDA UNO; al SUR GUIDO ARROYO BLANCO; al ESTE MARIA DE LOS ANGELES GONZALEZ VALLEJOS y al OESTE EMILCE CARBALLO BALLESTERO. MIDE: NOVENTA METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas cero minutos del veintisiete de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
