En este Despacho, Con una base de SETENTA Y SEIS MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando SERVIDUMBRE TRASLADADA CITAS: 294-15919-01-0901-001; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de CARTAGO, matrícula número 194216-000, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR BLOQUE L-LOTE2-L CON UNA CASA DE HABITACIÓN.- Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN JUAN, CANTÓN 3-LA UNION, de la provincia de CARTAGO.- COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE A ELLA DE 8,21 METROS; al SUR MUNICIPALIDAD DE LA UNION; al ESTE LOTE 1-L y al OESTE LOTE 3-L.- MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y OCHO METROS CON CATORCE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del dieciséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
