En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTICINCO MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número 1-621159-000, la cual es terreno CON UNA CASA DE HABITACIÓN.- Situada en el DISTRITO SAN JUAN, CANTÓN TIBAS, de la provincia de SAN JOSE.- COLINDA: al NORTE MIGUEL ANGEL CONEJO Y RODOLFO MURILLO AMBOS EN PARTE; al SUR EL SHAGAI IGLESIA CRISTIANA CUADRANGULAR; al ESTE YOLANDA CERDAS BARRANTES y al OESTE CALLE CON 3,05 METROS DE FRENTE.- Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del doce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
