Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN JOSE (PIZOTE), CANTÓN 13-UPALA, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 48.90 METROS; al SUR HERNAN GRIJALBA REINA; al ESTE HERNAN GRIJALBA REINA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: MIL CIENTO SESENTA Y CUATRO METROS CUADRADOS PLANO: A-1405489-2010. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del once de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
