Situada en el DISTRITO SAN JOSE, CANTÓN ALAJUELA, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-35; al SUR LOTE-37; al ESTE LOTE-58 y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 7 MTS. MIDE: CIENTO CUARENTA METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del nueve de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
