Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN JOSE, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 8-V; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE LOTE 17-V y al OESTE LOTE 19-V. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA METROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: A-0400173-1997, IDENTIFICADOR PREDIAL: 201020319030. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas quince minutos del veintiocho de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
