Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN JOSE, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de Alajuela. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 2-B; al SUR LOTE 4-B; al ESTE CALLE CENTRAL y al OESTE MUNICIPALIDAD DE ALAJUELA. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA METROS CON UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: A-0095829-1993, IDENTIFICADOR PREDIAL: 201020271484. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
