Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN JOSE, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA. COLINDA: al NORTE MUNICIPALIDAD DE ALAJUELA; al SUR LOTE 2-B; al ESTE CALLE y al OESTE GERMAN FUENTES E HIJOS LTDA. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y UN METROS CON VEINTICINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas quince minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
