En este Despacho, Con una base de SETENTA Y OCHO MIL DÓLARES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de ALAJUELA, matrícula número 271500-015 Y 016, derecho 015 y 016, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR CON UNA CASA LOTE 1-C.- Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN JOSE, CANTÓN 1-ALAJUELA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.- COLINDA: al NORTE MUNICIPALIDAD DE ALAJUELA; al SUR LOTE 2B; al ESTE CALLE y al OESTE GERMAN FUENTES E HIJOS LTDA.- MIDE: DOSCIENTOS CUARENTA Y UN METROS CON VEINTICINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas quince minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
