COLINDA: al NORTE VICTOR HERRERA VIQUEZ; al SUR RODRIGO LEON UMAÑA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA SANTA BARBARA 11,99MT y al OESTE RODRIGO LEON UMAÑA. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS VEINTISÉIS METROS CON CINCUENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: H-0125061-1993. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cuarenta y cinco minutos del cinco de abril de dos mil veintisiete.
