En este Despacho, Con una base de TREINTA Y SIETE MILLONES QUINIENTOS QUINCE MIL CUATROCIENTOS SESENTA Y UN COLONES CON VEINTICINCO CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número 600574, derecho 001, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR. Situada en el DISTRITO SAN JERÓNIMO, CANTÓN MORAVIA, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE DAMARIS OROCU CORDERO; al SUR DAMARIS OROCU CORDERO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA 10.15 METROS y al OESTE DAMARIS OROCU CORDERO. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS OCHENTA Y TRES METROS CON NOVENTA Y DOS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del veinticuatro de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
