Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN ISIDRO DE EL GENERAL, CANTÓN 19-PEREZ ZELEDON, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE PAULINO CALDERON; al SUR JOSE PABLO CALDERON ROJAS Y NABILA CALDERON ROJAS; al ESTE QUEBRADAS y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE 17.74 METROS. MIDE: MIL CUATROCIENTOS VEINTISIETE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del veintiuno de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
