Situada en el DISTRITO 1-SAN ISIDRO, CANTÓN 19-PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSE. COLINDA: al NORTE SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO EN MEDIO JOSE MÉNDEZ MÉNDEZ; al SUR LEOPOLDINA NAVARRO ZUÑIGA; al ESTE ESTELA MORA MORA y al OESTE GIOVANNI ABARCA JIMENEZ. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS VEINTINUEVE METROS CON OCHENTA Y SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las siete horas treinta minutos del veinticuatro de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
