En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTISIETE MILLONES CUATROCIENTOS CINCUENTA Y OCHO MIL QUINIENTOS DIECISIETE COLONES CON CUARENTA Y NUEVE CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de HEREDIA, matrícula número 179144, derecho 001 y 002, la cual es TERRENO PARA CONSTRUIR LOTE H34. Situada en el DISTRITO 3-SAN FRANCISCO, CANTÓN 1-HEREDIA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE I.N.V.U; al SUR AVENIDA LAS HUERTAS; al ESTE I.N.V.U y al OESTE I.N.V.U. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del tres de agosto de dos mil veintisiete.
