Situada en el DISTRITO SAN FRANCISCO, CANTÓN HEREDIA, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PRINCIPAL; al SUR RODRIGO RODRÍGUEZ Y OTROS; al ESTE LOTE-9 y al OESTE LOTE-11. MIDE: CIENTO VEINTE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del veinticinco de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
