En este Despacho, Con una base de VEINTIDÓS MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de CARTAGO, matrícula número 142410, derecho 001 y 002, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR CON UNA CASA Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN DIEGO, CANTÓN 3-LA UNION, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE RIO TIRIBI; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE ALEJO SANABRIA VILLALOBOS y al OESTE ALEJO SANABRIA VILLALOBOS. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS CATORCE METROS CON SESENTA Y DOS DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas treinta minutos del diecisiete de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
