Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SAN DIEGO, CANTÓN 3-LA UNION, de la provincia de CARTAGO. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE-32; al SUR LOTE 30; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE LOTE-12. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA Y UN METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas treinta minutos del uno de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
