SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 8, LA TIGRA, CANTÓN 10 - SAN CARLOS, PROVINCIA DE ALAJUELA. FINCA EN ZONA CATASTRADA. COLINDA: al NORTE, GUILLERMO VARGAS AGUILAR; SUR, CALLE PÚBLICA Y LOTE B DE MARIO FERNANDO LÓPEZ VINDAS; ESTE, GUILLERMO VARGAS Y CALLE PÚBLICA; OESTE, MARIO FERNANDO LÓPEZ VINDAS Y GUILLERMO VARGAS AGUILAR. MIDE: SEISCIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS. PLANO A - 0953240 - 2004. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas del seis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
