En este Despacho, Con una base de CINCUENTA Y UN MILLONES DE COLONES EXACTOS, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando Hipoteca de Primer y Segundo Grado a favor de Grupo Mutual Alajuela la Vivienda de Ahorro y Préstamo; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número 311323-000, la cual es terreno PARA CONSTRUIR CON 1 CASA.- Situada en el DISTRITO 2 SAN ANTONIO, CANTÓN 02 ESCAZÚ, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ .- COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE LA MACADAMIA; al SUR LOTE 14-A; al ESTE LOTE 11 y al OESTE LOTE 13.- MIDE: CIENTO TRECE METROS CON SETENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las once horas cero minutos del nueve de noviembre del año dos mil veintiséis.
