Situada en el DISTRITO 2-SABALITO, CANTÓN 8-COTO BRUS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE MARCIA CUBERO VILLALOBOS EDWIN MURILLO CAMPOS; al SUR MARGARITA VILLALOBOS CHAVARRIA; al ESTE RIO SABALITO y al OESTE CALLEJON DE ACCESO A CALLE PUBLICA DE TRES METROS DE ANCHO MARIA CUBERO VILLALOBOS. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS METROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-1522513-2011. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del veintidós de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
