Situada en el DISTRITO 10-RIO NUEVO, CANTÓN 19-PÉREZ ZELEDÓN, de la provincia de SAN JOSÉ. COLINDA: al NORTE JAVIER PORRAS; al SUR ALVARO ZUÑIGA; al ESTE ROY PORRAS SALMERON y al OESTE NEFTALI PORRAS. MIDE: once mil setecientos cincuenta y tres METROS con sesenta y cinco decimetros CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las catorce horas cero minutos del veinte de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
