Situada en el DISTRITO 2-RINCON DE SABANILLA, CANTÓN 9-SAN PABLO, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE CON CONSTRUCTORA LEGO SOCIEDAD ANONIMA; al SUR CON CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE CON LOTE TRES D y al OESTE CON LOTE CINCO D. MIDE: CIENTO SESENTA METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las quince horas cero minutos del dos de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
