Situada en el DISTRITO RINCÓN DE SABANILLA, CANTÓN SAN PABLO, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE HECTOR VINDAS GONZÁLEZ; al SUR CALLE PÚBLICA; al ESTE VIVIENDAS DEL SUR S.A. y al OESTE VIVIENDAS DEL SUR S.A. MIDE: doscientos cuatro metros con setenta y dos decímetro cuadrados. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del uno de febrero de dos mil veintisiete.
