COLINDA: al NORTE HERMINDA ALPIZAR MONTOYA Y OTROS; al SUR EL PUERTO S.A.; al ESTE CALLE 4 7M 52CM DE FRENTE y al OESTE YANNETTE AVE JUAREZ Y OTROS. MIDE: CIENTO TREINTA Y CINCO METROS CON CUARENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del veintiséis de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
