Se lleva a cabo el remate de las siguientes fincas: Para la FINCA N°5: Del partido de Puntarenas, matrícula número 188096 derecho 000, con una base de UN MILLÓN QUINIENTOS CUARENTA MIL NOVECIENTOS DIECIOCHO COLONES CON UN CÉNTIMO, libre de gravámenes hipotecarios, pero soportando servidumbre trasladada citas: 306-03072-01-0005-001, la cual es terreno naturaleza: terreno para construir lote 3, situada en el distrito: 2 la cuesta cantón 10 corredores de la provincia de puntarenas- colinda: al norte con asesoría industria y comercio s a; al sur: asesoría industria y comercio s a; al este: asesoría industria y comercio s.a y al oeste: con calle pública, mide: cuatrocientos cincuenta metros cuadrados; plano: P-1545989-2011. De no haber postores, el segundo remate se efectuará con la base de UN MILLÓN CIENTO CINCUENTA Y CINCO MIL SEISCIENTOS OCHENTA Y OCHO COLONES CON CINCUENTA Y UN CÉNTIMO (75% de la base original) y de continuar sin oferentes, para el tercer remate se realizara con la base de TRESCIENTOS OCHENTA Y CINCO MIL DOSCIENTOS VEINTINUEVE COLONES CON CINCUENTA CÉNTIMOS (25% de la base original).
