Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO VIEJO, CANTÓN 10-SARAPIQUI, de la provincia de Heredia. COLINDA: al NORTE ALVIN SOLANO ANDRADE; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA; al ESTE ALVIN SOLANO ANDRADE y al OESTE ALVIN SOLANO ANDRADE. MIDE: OCHOCIENTOS METROS CUADRADOS METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas treinta minutos del veintinueve de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
