Situada en el DISTRITO PUERTO VIEJO, CANTÓN SARAPIQUÍ, de la provincia de HEREDIA. COLINDA: al NORTE SERGIO VARGAS MORALES; al SUR CALLE PUBLICA CON 13,00 METROS; al ESTE SERGIO VARGAS MORALES y al OESTE SERGIO VARGAS MORALES. MIDE: TRESCIENTOS DOS METROS CON SESENTA Y SIETE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del tres de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
