Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO JIMENEZ, CANTÓN 13-PUERTO JIMENEZ, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE TREINTA Y DOS; al SUR LOTE TREINTA Y CUATRO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE INSTITUTO DE DESARROLLO AGRARIO. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS CUARENTA Y NUEVE METROS CON TRES DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del veintiséis de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
