Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO CORTES, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de Puntarenas. COLINDA: al NORTE CARRETERA COSTANERA SUR; al SUR JUAN RAFAEL NAVARRA SALAS; al ESTE MARIA CRISTINA PORRAS PORRAS y al OESTE ANAIS ZUÑIGA VALLEGOS. MIDE: CUATRO HECTAREAS TRES MIL SEISCIENTOS CUARENTA Y TRES CON TREINTA METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del veinticuatro de setiembre de dos mil veintiséis.
