Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO CORTES, CANTÓN 5-OSA DE LA PROVINCIA DE PUNTARENAS, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE NICA EXPRESO INTERNACIONAL SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA; al SUR OLDEMAR QUESADA ARROYO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE COSTANERA SUR.- MIDE: MIL NOVECIENTOS CUARENTA Y CINCO METROS CON CINCUENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS PLANO: P-1084387-2006 METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas treinta minutos del veintiuno de octubre de dos mil veintiséis.
