Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO CORTES, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON 41M 86CM; al SUR QUEBRADA EL ZAPATERO; al ESTE RAFAEL ZAMORA ULATE y al OESTE CLODOMIRO SALAS MARIN. MIDE: DOS MIL OCHOCIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES METROS CON OCHENTA Y UN DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-0322765-1978. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del once de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
