Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO CORTES, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE MARIELOS BARRIOS APORTO; al SUR MUNICIPALIDAD DE OSA; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 9 M y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON FRENTE DE 9 M. MIDE: DOSCIENTOS SETENTA Y OCHO METROS CON SETENTA Y CINCO DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-1177834-2007. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del once de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
