Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO CORTES, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA; al SUR GONZALO RAMIREZ OROZCO; al ESTE GONZALO RAMIREZ OROZCO y al OESTE QUEBRADA. MIDE: MIL TRESCIENTOS CINCUENTA METROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-2208236-2020.
