Situada en el DISTRITO 1-PUERTO CORTES, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de Puntarenas. COLINDA: al NORTE JUSTO MELENDEZ GONZÁLEZ; al SUR ELVIA MATA MORALES; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE ELVIA MATA MORALES. MIDE: CUATROCIENTOS VEINTINUEVE METROS CON CUARENTA Y SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-0280590-1995.
