En este Despacho, Con una base de NUEVE MILLONES SETECIENTOS NOVENTA MIL CATORCE COLONES CON SETENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de ALAJUELA, matrícula número 536393-000, la cual es terreno CONSTRUIR.- Situada en el DISTRITO PUENTE DE PIEDRA, CANTÓN GRECIA, de la provincia de ALAJUELA.- COLINDA: al NORTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FTE A ELLA 18 METROS 69 CENTIMETROS; al SUR JOSE ROJAS ALVAREZ; al ESTE SERVIDUMBRE DE PASO EN MEDIO JOSE ROJAS ALVAREZ y al OESTE JOSE ROJAS ALVAREZ.- MIDE: OSCIENTOS SETENTA Y SIETE METROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las nueve horas cero minutos del diecisiete de noviembre de dos mil veintiséis.
