Situada en el DISTRITO 3-POTRERO GRANDE, CANTÓN 3-BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE ITCO; al SUR ITCO; al ESTE CALLE PUBLICA y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA. MIDE: NOVENTA Y UN MIL DOSCIENTOS SESENTA Y SEIS METROS CON CINCUENTA Y TRES DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS.
