Situada en el DISTRITO 3-POTRERO GRANDE, CANTÓN 3-BUENOS AIRES, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORTE LOTE 193; al SUR LOTE 170; al ESTE RIO CANASTA y al OESTE CALLE. MIDE: CIENTO DOCE MIL SEISCIENTOS TREINTA METROS CON SESENTA Y SEIS DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las trece horas treinta minutos del veinticuatro de agosto de dos mil veintiséis.
