En este Despacho, Con una base de DIECISIETE MILLONES SEISCIENTOS TREINTA Y SEIS MIL TRESCIENTOS VEINTISÉIS COLONES CON SETENTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS, libre de gravámenes y anotaciones; sáquese a remate la finca del partido de SAN JOSÉ, matrícula número quinientos sesenta y dos mil setecientos siete, derecho 000, la cual es terreno DE SOLAR, CON CASA Y COCHERA.- Situada en el DISTRITO 6-PLATANARES, CANTÓN 19-PEREZ ZELEDON, de la provincia de SAN JOSE.- COLINDA: al NORTE MARJORIE JIMÉNEZ JIMÉNEZ; al SUR ABELARDO JIMENEZ PERAZA; al ESTE JESUS RODRIGUEZ VENEGAS y al OESTE CALLE PUBLICA CON UN FRENTE DE SIETE METROS Y DIECIOCHO CENTÍMETROS.- MIDE: OCHOCIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES METROS CON DIECISIETE DECIMETROS CUADRADOS. Para tal efecto, se señalan las diez horas cero minutos del once de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
