SITUADA EN EL DISTRITO 5-PITTIER, CANTON 8-COTO BRUS, DE LA PROVINCIA DE PUNTARENAS. FINCA SE ENCUENTRA EN ZONA CATASTRADA. LINDEROS: NORTE: ALCIDES TREJOS MENDEZ, SUR: CALLE PUBLICA, ESTE: FRANCISCO JIMENEZ CABALLERO, OESTE: MARILYN ISAAC S.A. MIDE: NOVECIENTOS SESENTA Y NUEVE METROS CUADRADOS. PLANO: P-1311611-2008. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas cero minutos del doce de marzo de dos mil veintisiete.
