Situada en el DISTRITO 5-PIEDRAS BLANCAS, CANTÓN 5-OSA, de la provincia de PUNTARENAS. COLINDA: al NORESTE: LOTE-99, NOROESTE: CALLE PUBLICA, SURESTE: LOTE-103, SUROESTE: LOTE-97. MIDE: CIENTO NOVENTA Y CUATRO METROS CON TREINTA Y NUEVE DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS, PLANO: P-1008094-2005. Para tal efecto, se señalan las ocho horas treinta minutos del catorce de enero de dos mil veintisiete.
